We can decide how much stock needs to be created and the price of it when first introduced to the market. As a merchant bank we can also take over a lot of the responsibility for any documentation related to the stock launch and for marketing of this stock.

We are in a strong position to evaluate any potential investment and to advise our customers as to how best to proceed. Issue management is where we as the merchant bank help a business transfer into a public company. We will take charge of and handle all aspects of the paperwork and even create a prospectus for the company.
